Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Amazon Plants Peru. We appreciate your business and strive to provide the best quality plants and service.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note that due to the nature of live plants, we might not be able to accept returns for specific perishable items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:

  • Live Plants: Due to their perishable nature, live plants are not eligible for return, except in the case where the plant arrives deceased to the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for live plants in the unfortunate event that they arrive deceased to the customer. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@amazonplantsperu.com or through our Contact Us page on the website if you encounter this issue.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@amazonplantsperu.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
