Orders are carefully prepared within 3 to 7 business days before shipment.

Shipping Method
We mainly use DHL Express to provide fast, secure, and reliable international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor its journey. You can also view your order status through your customer account in our store.

Import Requirements
For most countries in Europe, an import permit is generally not required for our shipments. However, customers remain responsible for checking their country’s import regulations and requirements before placing an order.

For shipments to the United States, we prefer to ship with an import permit, as this can help speed up the inspection and customs clearance process. Customers can request their import permit through the official USDA APHIS website using PPQ Form 587. The process is quick and free of charge, and once approved, the import permit is sent in PDF format to the customer’s email.

Phytosanitary Certificate
We include a phytosanitary certificate with all international plant shipments, in accordance with the requirements of the destination country. The estimated processing time to obtain this document is 5 to 7 business days.

Possible Delays
Delivery times may be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, or other delays caused by the courier. Our plants are carefully prepared and properly hydrated to withstand the journey in good condition. In the event that any plant does not survive transit, a replacement can be arranged with your next order, subject to prior coordination with our team.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that plants are permitted for import in their country and for providing any required documents before shipment.
